AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 36 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z -5668 - Described as part of the East 1/2 of
NE 1/4 of Section 5, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski
County, Arkansas being more particularly
described as follows:
Starting at the NE corner of said Section 5;
thence S010210'28 "W along the East line of said
Section 5 a distance of 752.96 feet to the
Point of Beginning; thence continuing
S01010128 11W along said East line 634.25 feet to
the North right -of -way line of West Markham
Street; thence Westerly along said North right -
of -way line the following seven (7) courses and
distances: 1) N82 24112 11W 14.66 feet; 2)
N88021148 11W 208.30 feet; 3) S89023124 11W 145.78
feet; 4) 568058126 "W 98.31 feet; 5) along a
curve to the left having a radius of 612.96
feet, an arc distance of 218.11 feet and a

Parkway; thence Northwesterly along said North

SECTION 2. That the map referred in Section 36 of 18 9
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
