AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 36 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z -5667 - Described as a tract of land located
in the SE 1/4 NW 1/4 Section 9, and also in the
NE 1/4 SW 1/4 Section 9, in T -1 -S, R -13 -W of
the Fifth Principal Meridian, City of Little
Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, being more
particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the SW corner of the SE 1/4 NW 1/4
of said Section 9, T -1 -S, R -13 -W; thence along
the West line of the SE 1/4 NW 1/4 Section 9,
N02009'28 "E, 1,257.67 feet; thence S45 026'48 "E,
758.17 feet; thence S02 054'55 "W, 307.87 feet;
thence along a curve to the left, said curve
having a radius of 358.31 feet, and a chord
bearing and distance of 519029135 11E, 273.18

North right -of -way of the Missouri Pacific

SECTION 2. That the map referred in Section 36 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
