AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 16,331 (THE 1993
BUDGET ORDINANCE) AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS FOR
CERTAIN EXPENDITURES.
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas adopted
the Budget Ordinance of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas for 1993 on December 21,
1992; and
WHEREAS, the adopted 1993 budget included funding for police officer salary
adjustments; and
WHEREAS, it is deemed necessary and desirable to adjust the appropriations
made in Section 8 of Ordinance No. 16,331 and Schedule I attached thereto.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The organizational totals of the 1993 operating budget included in
Schedule I attached to Ordinance No. 16,331 and funded by Section 8 of the Ordinance
are amended by decreasing organization 6510 by $308,362, and by allocating these funds
to the following organizations to provide for 1993 salary adjustments for police officers:
