ORDINANCE NO. 16,385
AN ORDINANCE APPROVING MODIFICATION OF A
PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT AND PROVIDING
FOR THE RECLASSIFICATION OF A PORTION OF
A PCD DISTRICT ENTITLED "RIVERDALE
HARBOUR LONG -FORM (2200 BLOCK RIVERFRONT
DRIVE) IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 15,459
AND CHAPTER 36, SECTION 36 -176 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 15,459 be amended to
provide for modification of a District described as:
Riverdale Harbour PCD Planned Commercial
District and establishing a long -form PRD
Planned Residential District to be titled
"Marina Village Club Apartments PRD"
(Z- 4987 -D).
SECTION 2. That the revised Site Development Plan and
plat be approved as recommended by the Little Rock Planning
Commission.
SECTION 3. That the current classification of "PCD" on
the balance of the Riverdale Harbour PCD be maintained as
provided by Ordinance No. 15,459, and that the northern 400±
feet is approved as Marina Village Club PRD, conditioned
upon obtaining final plan and plat approval within the time
specified by Article VII, Section 36, Chapter 36 of the Code
of Ordinances.
SECTION 4. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 -81.
and 36 -82. of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little
Rock, Arkansas, and designated district map be and it is
hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary
to affect the designated change provided for in Sections 1
and 3 hereof.

SECTION 5. That this Ordinance shall take effect and
be in full force upon final approval of the plat /plan.
