ORDINANCE NO. 16,384
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 36 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z- 4039 -B - Described as part of the SW 1/4, Section
32, T -2 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more
particularly described as:
Starting at the SW corner of said Section 32; thence
589005'35 "E along the South line of said Section 32,
63.4 feet to a point, said point being the NW corner
of Section 5, T -1 -N, R -13 -W; thence 585029152 11E and
continuing along said South line 26.34 feet to a
point on the east right -of -way line Loyola Drive and

thence Northwesterly and continuing along said east

SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 36 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage and approval.
