AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 31 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS PROVIDING FOR A VARIANCE OF
STREET GRADES, STREET DESIGNATION, TURNING
RADIUS AND PIPE -STEM LOTS REQUIREMENTS FOR
CHENAL VALLEY PHASE X ON CHENAL PARKWAY

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances
be amended to provide for variances of certain requirements
within the Subdivision Regulations of the City of Little
Rock for Chenal valley Phase X as follows:
Subsection a. That Chapter 31, Section
31- 206(d) be amended to provide for
intersection street grade in excess of the
permitted 5% for LaMarche Drive, Shambord Lane,
Frecourt Lane, Piney at LaMarche Drive and
Martel Court, and that Chapter 31, Section
31 -209, be amended to permit a reduction in
street designation for Auriel, Kerrien, Piney,
Latour and Aldan Streets from Residential to
Minor Residential (24 foot street in a 45 foot
right -of -way, and that Chapter 31, Section
31 -204 be amended to provide for a reduction in
the horizontal street centerline radius from
150 feet to 100 feet for LaMarche Drive and
Bellgrade Drive, and that Chapter 31, Section
31- 232(8) be amended to provide for pipe -stem
lot design on Lots 9 and 10 of Block 36.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect thirty
(30) days from and after its passage.
