AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE I -430 DISTRICT PLAN,
CHANGING AN AREA SOUTH OF KANIS ROAD, BETWEEN
ALDERSGATE ROAD AND JUNIOR DEPUTY ROAD FROM
MULTIFAMILY TO OFFICE AND FOR OTHER MATTERS.
WHEREAS, the Staff and Planning Commission recommend the
plan be changed to allow for suburban office in an area south of
Kanis, between Aldersgate Road and Junior Deputy Road.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The land use plan is changed from multifamily to
suburban office, south of Kanis between Aldersgate Road and
Junior Deputy Road.
