ORDINANCE NO. 16,358
AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A PLANNED UNIT
DEVELOPMENT AND ESTABLISHING A DISTRICT
TITLED GLACIAL SAND AND GRAVEL PID,
7305 WEST 12TH STREET (Z- 507 -A) IN THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING
CHAPTER 36 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
described property be changed from R -2 Single Family to PID
Planned Industrial District.
A parcel of land in Section 12, T -1 -N, R -13 -W at
7305 West 12th Street, Little Rock, Arkansas, being
more particularly described as follows:
Part of Plot 11, Hocott Home Sites Subdivision and
part of the East 1/2 of the NE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of
the NW 1/4, of Section 12, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, in Little
Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, all of which are
more particularly described as follows, to -wit:
Begin at the NE corner of the NW 1/4 NW 1/4 of
Section 12, and run South along the East line of NW
1/4 NW 1/4 of Section 12, and run South along the
East line of NW 1/4 NW 1/4 a distance of 200.00 feet
to the Point of Beginning, from the Point of
Beginning, thus established, run thence South 279.51
feet; run thence North 64012,4211 West 51.06 feet;
run thence N75 052107" West 46.57 feet; run thence
N7100012311 West 221.80 feet; run thence N00 014' East
202.94 feet ; run thence 589004, East 102.9 feet;
run thence N00 056' East 145 feet to a point of the
South Right -of -Way line of 12th Street; run thence
East along said South Right -of -Way line of 12th
Street a distance of 30.0 feet; run thence S00 056'
West 73.84 feet; run thence 552004' East 138.7 feet;
run thence South 76 042' East 58.2 feet to the Point
of Beginning.
SECTION 2. That the preliminary site development plan /plat
be approved as recommended by the Little Rock Planning
Commission.

full force upon final approval of the plan.
