AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 30 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS PROVIDING FOR A DEFERRAL
OF THE SIDEWALK CONSTRUCTION REQUIREMENTS
OF THE BOUNDARY STREET ORDINANCE AT 1000
NIX ROAD (BP 92 -110)
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That Chapter 30 of the Code of Ordinances
be amended to provide for a deferral of certain requirements
within the Boundary Street Ordinance of the City of Little
Rock for Northwest Congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses as
follows:
Subsection a. That Chapter 30 be amended to provide
for a deferral of the sidewalk construction requirements
until such time as the next building is constructed on the
site or the next addition to the existing building.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect thirty
(30) days from and after its passage.
