AN ORDINANCE VACATING, CLOSING AND
ABANDONING A PORTION OF AN UNNAMED
STREET SITUATED IN SACHS' SUBURBAN
TRACTS IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, `
ARKANSAS. \\
WHEREAS, a Petition was duly filed with the Board of
Directors of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas on the 22nd
day of April , 1986 asking the Board of Directors to
vacate, close and abandon a portion of an unnamed street
situated in Sachs' Suburban Tracts in the City of Little
Rock as designated on the plat of said Tracts now
appearing of record in Deed Book 2 at page 87, in the
office of the Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas, which
street is not subject to any public utility easements;
and,
WHEREAS, after due notices as required by law, the
Board of Directors has, at the time and place mentioned in
the notice, heard all persons desiring to be heard on the
question and has ascertained that the street hereinbefore
described was heretofore dedicated to the public for use
as a street; that said street as hereinbefore described
was never constructed nor used as a public street; that
Petitioners, Ed Jones and Laverne Jones, are the sole
owners of the property abutting upon the said Street and
that, the public interest and welfare will not be adversely
affected by the abandonment of such street.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The City of Little Rock, Arkansas hereby
releases and abandons all its rights, together with the
rights of the public generally in and to the unnamed
street described as follows:

All that part of a forty foot (40')
road right of way lying south of and
adjacent to the south line of Tract No.
3, Sachs' Suburban Tracts, Little Rock,
Pulaski County, Arkansas lying East of
the West line of the E 1/2 NW 1/4 SE
1/4, Section 6, Township 1 North, Range
13 West, Pulaski County, Arkansas,
being 40 feet in width North and South
and 68S feet in length East and West,
containing 0.63 acres, more or less,
including, but not limited to, the right of public passage
and specifically any and all easements or rights -of -way
for all public utilities.
SECTION 2. A copy of this ordinance, duly certified
by the City Clerk, shall be filed in the office of the
Recorder of Pulaski County, and recorded in the Deed
Records of the County.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage.
