AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated.
Z -4651 - described as: Part of the SW 1/4, NW 1/4,
Section 21, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas,
being more particularly described as follows: starting
at the NW corner of the SW 1/4, NW 1/4, Section 21,
T -1 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas; thence South
from 320.0; thence S 76° W from 412.0; thence S 30° E
from 260.0; thence S 400 E for 189.0 feet; thence
N 50° E for 250.88; thence N 40° W for 41.49 to the
point of beginning of the herein desecribed parcels;
thence N 570 32' E (measures N 570 37' E) for 160.0
feet; thence S 78° 27' E (measures S 780 22' E):for
259.7 feet to a point on the centerline of Lawson Road;
thence northerly along the said centerline of the
following courses and distances; thence N 740 44' E for
100.2 feet; thence N 40 09' W for 174.3 feet to a point
on the centerline of the upper Hot Springs highway;
thence westerly following the landering of the
centerline of the upper Hot Springs highway for the
following course and distance; thence S 670 32' W for
139.56 feet; thence S 82° 34' for 100.0 feet to the
last point of this description that lies in the
centerline of the upper Hot Springs highway; thence
S 34° 03' W for 289.82 feet to the point of beginning
containing 1.28 acres, more or less, from "R -2" to
"C -4" (Colonel Glenn and Lawson Roads).
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and it is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
