AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated.
Z -4662 - described as: Part of the NW 1/4, NW 1/4 of
Section 22, T -1 -N, R -13 -W as follows: beginning at the
NW corner of Section 22; thence East 764.5 feet; thence
South 596 feet to the centerline of Colonel Glenn Road;
thence N 86 °25' W along the centerline of road 764.5
feet to the West line of Section 22; thence North 543.8
feet to the point of beginning from "R -2" to "I -1"
(Colonel Glenn between I -430 and Shackleford Road).
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and it is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.

SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
