ORDINANCE NO. 15,103 187
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS
PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following properties be and are hereby changed as
indicated.
(A) Z- 4555 -A - described as: Part of the NW 1/4,
SW , Section 22, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, more particularly described as:
starting at the SW corner of the NW 1/4, SW 1/4,
said Section 22; thence S 890 34' 05" E (deed
S 89° 36' E) along said South line, 850.90 feet
(deed 851.24 feet) to a point; thence
N 0° 22' 50" E (deed N 0° 22' E), 465.22 feet to
the point of beginning; thence continue
N 00 22' 50" E, 398.86 feet to the point; thence
S 890 44' 44" E, 486.11 feet to a point on the
East line of said NW 1/4, SW 1/4; thence
S 0° 26' 56" W along said East line, 400.75 feet
to a point; thence N 890 31 101, W, 485.61 feet to
the point of beginning containing 4.4593 acres,
more or less.
AND
Part of the NW 1/4, SW 1/4, Section 22, T -1 -N,
R -13 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more
particularly described as: starting at the SW
corner of the NW 1/4, SW 1/4 and said Section 22;
thence S 890 34' 05" E (deed S 890 36' E) along
said South line 850.90 feet (deed 851.24 feet) to
a point; thence N 0° 22' 50" E (deed N 00 22' E),
924.08 feet to the point of beginning; thence
continue N 0° 22' 50" E, 396.0 feet to a point on
the North line of said NW 1/4, SW 1/4; thence
S 890 44' 44" E along said North line 486.57 feet
to the NE corner thereof; thence S 0° 26' 56" W
along the East line of said NW 1/4; SW 1/4 396.0
feet to a point; thence,N 890 44' 44" W, 486.18
feet to the point of beginning containing 4.4212
acres, more or less, from "MF -18" Multifamily to
"I -1" Industrial Park (Shackleford Road, south of
Colonel Glenn Road).

particularly described as: beginning at the SW
corner of the NW 1/4, SW 1/4, said Section 22;
thence North along the West line of said NW 1/4,
SW 1/4, 1317.43 feet to the NE corner thereof;
thence S 89° 44' 44" E along the North line of
said NW 1/4, SW 1/4, 859.72 feet to a point;
thence S 0° 22' 50" W, 396.0 feet to a point;
thence S 89° 44' 44" E, 486.18 feet to the point
on the East line of said NW 1/4, SW 1/4; thence
S 0° 26' 56" W along said East line 60.0 feet to a
point; thence N 89° 44' 44" W, 486.11 feet to a
point; thence S 00 22' 50" W, 864.08 feet to a
point on the South line of said NW 1/4, SW 1/4;
thence N 89° 34' 05" W (deed N 89° 36' W) along
said South line 850.90 feet (deed 851.24 feet) to
the point of beginning containing 26.46 acres,
more or less, from "R -2" to "MF -18" Multifamily to
"I -1" Industrial Park (west of Shackleford Road
and South of Colonel Glenn Road).
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and it is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate
the changes provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
