AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND SECTION 15 -20,
SUBSECTION (d) OF THE LITTLE ROCK CODE
OF ORDINANCES.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. Section 15 -20, Subsection (d) of the Little Rock
Code of Ordinances shall be amended in its entirety to read as
follows:
Subsection (d): Penalty. Any person violating
any provisions of this Section shall be guilty
of a misdemeanor and subject�to a fine not
less than One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) nor
more than Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00).
