AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 26 -13 OF
THE LITLE ROCK CODE OF ORDINANCES; —
ARKANSAS MUSEUM OF SCIENCE AND HISTORY -
APPOINTMENT; TERMS.

WHEREAS, the Director of the Arkansas Museum of Science
and History and the Board of Trustees desires to reduce the
terms of appointment for its members from six years to two
years.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. Section 26 -13 Board of Trustees - Appointment;
Terms is hereby amended to reflect the following change only:
. .,.After the initial election of the trustees
to said board, the trustees shall thereafter be
elected to serve for a term of two (2) years.
No trustee may serve more than two (2)
consecutive terms. . . .
