AN ORDINANCE ISSUING A CONDITIONAL
USE PERMIT FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT
8401 LINDSEY ROAD (Z- 2538 -A), SETTING
FORTH THE CONDITIONS ATTACHED THERETO;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That pursuant to the authority granted
under the provisions of Section 43 of the Code of Ordinances
of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, a Conditional Use
Permit is hereby issued for the property described herein
and for the purpose indicated as follows:
Part of Section 15, T -1 -N, R -11 -W, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, more particularly described as: Commencing
at the NW corner of the SW 1/4, NW 1/4, Section 15,
T -1 -N, R -11 -W; thence N 86° 47' 37" E, 926.62 feet to
the point of beginning; thence N 66° 12' 35" E, 399.23
feet along the South right -of -way line of Lindsey Road
to its intersection with the West right -of -way line of
Fourche Island Drainage District No. 2. Levee; thence S
37° 06' 25" E along said right -of -way line 916.7 feet;
thence N 52° 53' 36" W, 450.0 feet; thence N 37° 06'
25" W, 960.0 feet to the point of curvature of a curve
to the right, said curve having a radius of 50.0 feet
and a tangent of 63.2 feet; thence along the arc of
said curve to the right 90.14 feet to its point
tangency and the point of beginning, said parcel
containing 10.00 acres more or less.
This property is zoned "I -3" and is to be used for a
petroleum storage facility.
SECTION 2. That the following conditions are hereby
attached to the above described Conditional Use Permit:
That applicant adhere to all Little Rock City
ordinances, codes, Planning Commission requirements and
the approved site plan.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
