AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS
PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classifications of the
following properties be and are hereby changed as
indicated:
(a) Z- 4357 -A - Described as part of Lot 10, Toska,
Leymer's Addition to the City of Little Rock,
Pulaski County, Arkansas, described as follows:
Beginning at the NW corner of said Lot 10; thence
easterly along the North line of Lot 10 for a
distance of 87.5 feet; thence southerly, parallel
to the East wall of an existing building for a
distance of 91 feet; thence westerly for a
distance of 106.5 feet to the West line of Lot 10;
thence northerly along the West line of Lot 10 for
a distance of 92 feet to the point of beginning,
and containing 8.760 square feet more or less from
"C -3" to "C -4" (5325 Asher Avenue).
(b) Z -4635 - Described as part of the NW 1/4, NE 1/4
of Section 3, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, Little Rock, Pulaski
County, Arkansas, more particularly described as:
Commencing at the NW corner of said NW 1/4, NE
1/4; thence S 0° 25' E along the West line of said
NW 1/4, NE 1/4, 300 feet to a point on the South
right -of -way line of West Baseline Road; thence
East along the South right -of -way of said West
Baseline Road 513.0 feet to the point of
beginning; thence continue East along the South
right -of -way line of West Baseline Road 337.50
feet; thence S 678.70 feet to a point on the
northerly right -of -way line of U.S. Interstate
Highway 30; thence S 64° 30' W along the northerly
right -of -way line of said U.S. Interstate
Highway 30, 367.23 feet; thence N 000 25' W, 836.8
feet to the point of beginning, containing 5.82
acres, more or less from "R -2" to "C -3."

containing 10.5784 acres more or less, less and

thence East along the South line of Tract 40,
125.0 feet to the point of beginning; thence
continue East along the South line of said Tract
40, 198.10 feet; thence North parallel to the West
line of said Tract 40, 437.8 feet; thence West
parallel to the South line of said Tract 40,
323.10 feet; thence South along the West line of
said Tract 40, 287.8 feet; thence East parallel to
the South line of said Tract 40, 125.0 feet;
thence South parallel to the West line of said
Tract 40, 150.0 feet to the point of beginning,
containing 2.817 acres, more or less from "R -2" to
"C -3" (4918 Baseline Road).
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
the Code of ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district maps be and is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate
the changes provided for in Section 1 hereof.

SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
