ORDINANCE NO. 15,090
AN ORDINANCE ISSUING A CONDITIONAL
USE PERMIT FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT
3900 TATUM (Z- 4632), SETTING FORTH
THE CONDITIONS ATTACHED THERETO;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That pursuant to the authority granted
under the provisions of Section 43 of the Code of Ordinances
of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, a Conditional Use
Permit is hereby issued for the property described herein
and for the purpose indicated as follows:
Lots 3, 4, 5 and 6, Block 133, John Barrow Addition to
the City of Little Rock, Arkansas.
This property is zoned "R -3" and is to be used for a
church and related activities.
SECTION 2. That the following conditions are hereby
attached to the above described Conditional Use Permit:
That applicant adhere to all Little Rock City
Ordinances, Codes, Planning Commission requirements and
the approved site plan except that the applicant has
three years from the passage of this ordinance to
construct the parking lot to City standards. The City
Public Works Department will inspect this property
after the aforementioned three -year period has elapsed
and will determine the appropriate action to be taken.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
