As this equipment must be fully compatible with our existing Motorola Commu- nication System, Motorola was the only company who responded. They have extended their 1984 prices to the city at this time and it is recommended that bidding procedures be waived as bidding would not help the cities position in this purchase. A copy of the 1984 tabula- tion is attached. It is also requested that the city be able to buy from this list for the remainder of this fiscal year. 2111111111 r >• • r I' >• DATE March 4, 1986 RECOMMENDATION: ACCEPT XX WAIVE COMPETITIVE BIDDING VENDOR: Motorola Little Rock, Arkansas BID PROCESS: LOW BID OTHER THAN LOW BID PROFESSIONAL SERVICES: LOW BID NEGOTIATED OTHER (EXPLAIN) 115 FUNDING: FUND: Various OPERATING 10 SPECIAL PROJECT [] AMOUNT BUDGETED: Annual Purchase Order APPROP.
