AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A PLANNED UNIT
DEVELOPMENT AND ESTABLISHING A PRD
DISTRICT TITLED FIRST BAPTIST CHURCH
"LONG FORM PRD" PHASE II (Z -4562) IN THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING
CHAPTER 43 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following described property be changed from "R -2" Single
Family District to PRD Planned Residential District.
Z- 4562 -A - Property described as Lots 1 -5 of Block 34,
Pulaski Highlands Subdivision, Lots 1 -24 of Block 20,
Pulaski Highlands Subdivision and Lots 1 -24 of Block
17, Pulaski Highlands Subdivision.
SECTION 2. That the preliminary site development
plan /plat as amended be approved as recommended by the
Little Rock Planning Commission.
SECTION 3. That the change in zoning classification
contemplated for the First Baptist Church, PRD Phase II, is
conditioned upon obtaining a final plan approval from the
Planning Commission within the time specified by Article IX,
Section 9.101, of the Code of Ordinances.
SECTION 4. That the map referred to in Chapter 43 -1 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
and designated district map be and is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to effect.and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.

SECTION 5. That this ordinance shall take effect and
be in full force upon final approval of the plan by the
Planning Commission.
