AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR AND ADOPTING
A CAPITAL BUDGET FOR THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK FOR THE PERIOD OF JANUARY 1, 1987
AND ENDING DECEMBER 31, 1987, APPROPRIATING
FUNDS FOR EACH AND EVERY CLASSIFICATION:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY
THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:

SECTION 2. Declaring an Emergency. It is hereby found
and determined that there is an immediate and urgent need for the
adoption of this 1987 Capital Budget so that all of the various
obligations including payroll, can be met and so that the City of
Little Rock can continue to provide said services as are
necessary for the public's health, safety and welfare.
Therefore, an emergency is declared to exist and this Ordinance
shall be in full force and effect on January 1, 1987.
