M M M NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS: SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated from monies available from the General and Revenue Sharings funds the following amounts as listed below: (1) Information Master Plan $1,500,000 (2) Street Resurfacing Program 775,000 (3) Capital Equipment Word Processing 60,000 Radio Tower & Other Comm. Declaring an Emergency. It is hereby found and determined that there is an immediate and urgent need for the adoption of this 1987 Capital Budget so that all of the various obligations including payroll, can be met and so that the City of Little Rock can continue to provide said services as are necessary for the public's health, safety and welfare. Therefore, an emergency is declared to exist and this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect on January 1, 1987.
