ORDINANCE NO. 15,199
AN ORDINANCE ISSUING A CONDITIONAL
USE PERMIT FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT
12611 CHICOT ROAD (Z- 4740), SETTING
FORTH THE CONDITIONS ATTACHED THERETO;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That pursuant to the authority granted
under the provisions of Section 43 of the Code of Ordinances
of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, a Conditional Use
Permit is hereby issued for the property described herein
and for the purpose indicated as follows:
A part of the S 1/2, NW 1/4, Section 13, T -1 -S, R -13 -W,
Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly described
as follows: beginning at a point where the North line
of the CRI &P Railroad right -of -way intersects the West
line of Section 13 (which point is on center of Chicot
Road), run thence North along said Section 13 West line
248.9 feet; thence run East perpendicular to said West
section line 350.0 feet to the intersect with the said
North right -of -way line; thence run northeasterly along
said North right -of -way line 188.2 feet; thence 900
right run 100 feet to the South right -of -way line of
CRI &P Railroad; thence run southwesterly along said
South right -of -way line 653.4 feet to a point; thence
90° right, run 100.0 feet to the North right -of -way of
said CRI &P Railroad; thence run northeasterly along
said North right -of -way 35.72 feet to the point of
beginning containing 2.5 acres, more or less.
This property is zoned "R -2" and is to be used for a
church and related activities.
SECTION 2. That the following conditions are hereby
attached to the above described Conditional Use Permit:
That applicant adhere to all Little Rock City
ordinances, codes, Planning Commission requirements,
and the approved site plan.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
