AN ORDINANCE ISSUING A CONDITIONAL
USE PERMIT FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT
5615 GEYER SPRINGS ROAD (Z- 4255 -A),
SETTING FORTH THE CONDITIONS ATTACHED
THERETO; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That pursuant to the authority granted
under the provisions of Section 43 of the Code of Ordinances
of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, a Conditional Use
Permit is hereby issued for the property described herein
and for the purpose indicated as follows:
A tract of land located in the SW 1/4, SW 1/4, Section
19, T -1 -N, R -12 -W, Little Rock, Pulaski County,
Arkansas.
Commencing at the SW corner of the SW 1/4, SW 1/4,
Section 19, T -1 -N, R -12 -W; thence N 00° 21' 16" W,
387.07 feet; thence S 89° 47' 37" E, 350.76 feet to the
point of beginning; thence S 89° 47' 37" E, 223.24
feet; thence S 00 18' 10" E, 175.44 feet; thence
N 89° 09' 34" W, 224.31 feet; thence N 000 02' 27" E,
172.95 feet to the point of beginning containing 0.895
acres (From a survey by William A. Roberts dated
March 30, 1986).
Part of the SW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 19, T -1 -N,
R -12 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly
described as follows, to -wit:
Beginning at a point 890 feet South and 231.7 feet East
of the NW corner of said SW 1/4 of the SW 1/4; thence
East 90 feet; thence North 200 feet; thence West 90
feet; thence South 200 feet to the point of beginning
containing 0.41 acres, more or less. All property
corners established are in accordance with existing
monuments of the area (from a survey by G.A. Denham
dated September 20, 1961.)
This property is zoned "R -2" and is to be used for a
church parking lot, and a residence for a missionary.

SECTION 2. That the following conditions are hereby
attached to the above described Conditional Use Permit:
That applicant adhere to all Little Rock City
ordinances, codes, Planning Commission requirements and
the approved site plan.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
