A 40 foot wide platted road located in the NE; SE-1,, Section 6,
Township 1 North, Range 13 West, Little Rock, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the Southwest corner of Lot 21, Block 10, PARKWAY
PLACE as platted in Plat A -90 in the Office of the Circuit Clerk
and Ex- Officio Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas; thence East
along the South line of said Parkway Place, extended to the West
right -of -way line of Kirby Road; thence South along said right -of-
way line 40 feet to a point on the North line of Tract 12, SACHS
SUBURBAN TRACTS as platted in Plat Book 2 at Page 87 in the Office
of the Circuit Clerk and Ex- Officio Recorder of Pulaski County,
Arkansas; thence West along the North lines of Tracts 12 and 11
of said Sachs Suburban Tracts for 1,300 feet more or less to a
point 40 feet South of the point of beginning; thence North 40
feet to the point of beginning.
SECTION 2. The City specifically retains the right to use, and
allow others to use, the former street right -of -way in its entirety
as a public utility and drainage easement.
SECTION 3. Abutting owners of record, receiving title to the
abandoned right -of -way and easement shall at their cost remove all
vestiges of public use and access as may exist; such modifications
shall include, but are not limited to the following:
A. The entrances on both ends of the abandoned right -of -way
and easement shall be offset and /or rebuilt to conform
to the standard driveway design as required by Ordinance
No. 12,501.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE

SECTION 1. Except as stated in Section 2 below, the City of Little

Rock, Arkansas, hereby releases, vacates and abandons all its rights,

together with the rights of the public generally, in and to the street

where the abandoned right -of -way and easement intersects
with the remaining public right -of -way.
SECTION 4. A copy of this Ordinance, duly certified by the City
Clerk, shall be filed in the Office of the Recorder of Pulaski County
and recorded in the records of the County.
SECTION 5. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after its passage and approval.
