AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
AMENDING SECTION 43 OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated.
Z -4730 - Described as Lots 9, 10, 11, 12, 13 and 14,
and a strip of land 30 feet wide East and West by Lots
9, 10, 11, 12, 13 and 14, Block 2, Remmel Addition to
the City of Little Rock, in Pulaski County, Arkansas,
and a strip of land 30 feet wide East and West by 130
feet North and South lying between an abutting the
South 130 feet of Lot 15, Block 2, Remmel Addition to
the City of Little Rock, and the South 130 feet of Lot
14, Block 2, Remmel Addition to the City of Little
Rock, in Pulaski County, Arkansas, which strip of land
was formerly part of an alley and said tract having
been closed by City Ordinance No. 11,137, dated
December 5, 1960. From "I -2" to "C -3" (Asher Avenue
and Lewis Street, SW corner).
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and it is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate
the changes provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
