AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS
PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z -4722 - Described as part of the W 1/2 of the
fractional NE 1/4, Section 6, T -1 -S, R -12 -W, Pulaski
County, Arkansas, more particularly described as
follows: beginning at a point on the West line of said
W 1/4, fraction NE 1/4, 432 feet South of the NW corner
thereof; thence East 330.0 feet; thence South 100 feet;
thence West 330 feet to the West line of W 1/2
fractional NE 1/4; thence North along said West line
100 feet to the point of beginning. Subject to a
right -of -way for public road over and across the West
25 feet of above described tract, from "R -2" to "R -4"
(9021 Loetscher).
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and it is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
