AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS
PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z- 3592 -E - Desc`ribed as part of the NE 1/4 and part of
n the SE 1/4 of the NW 1/4, all in Section 9, T -1 -N,
N R -13 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly
n described as follows: starting at the SW corner of
said NE 1/4 of Section 9; thence N 1" 59' 26" E, 200.00
feet to the point of beginning; thence S 71" 21' 57" W,
,a 200.00 feet; thence N 88" 08' 44" W, 189.05 feet;
NI 1 thence along a curve to the left, having a radius of
0; 510 feet, an arc distance of 184.89 feet, and a chord

feet to the point of beginning containing 17.016 acres,
more or less, from "MF -18" to "0 -3" (west of
Shackleford and south of Kanis).
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and it is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
