• ORDINANCE NO. 15,187 •
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS 368
PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following properties be and are hereby changed as indicated:
(a) Z -4720 - Described as part of Lot 3, Vinson's
Addition to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski
County, Arkansas, more particularly described as
follows: beginning at the NE corner of said Lot
3, run thence S 0° 23' W, 293.2 feet along the
East line of said Lot 3; thence W 196.0 feet to a
point; thence N 0" 23' E, 70 feet to a point;
thence West 368 feet to a point; thence
N 0" 23' E, 3.5 feet to a point on the southerly
right -of -way of Missouri - Pacific Railroad; thence
N 48° 09' E, 330.0 feet along said right -of -way to
the NW corner of said Lot 3; thence easterly 319.5
feet along the North line of Lot 3 to the point of
beginning from "R -2" to "C -4" (8800 Chicot Road).
(b) Z- 1894 -B - Described as part of Blocks 17 and 32
and a portion of Grove Street (closed by Ordinance
No. 14,322), all in Santa Fe Park Addition to the
City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas,
more particularly described as: beginning at the
NE corner of Block 17; thence S 01" 09' 45" W
along the East line of said Blocks 17 and 32 a
distance of 659.50 feet to the SE corner of said
Block 32; thence N 880 28' 15" W along the South
line of said Block 32 a distance of 150 feet to
the East right -of -way line of Natural Resources
Drive; thence N 01° 09' 45" E along said East
right-of-way line 660.33 feet to a point on the
North line of said Block 17; thence along said
North line S 88° 09' 15" E, 150 feet to the point
of beginning containing 2.272 acres, more or less,
from "0 -2" to "0 -1" (east side of Natural
Resources Drive).
(c) Z -4729 - Described as part of the SE 1/4, SE 1/4,
Section 7, T -1 -S, R -13 -W, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, more particularly described as:

commencing at the SE corner of Section 7, T -1 -S,
R -13 -W; thence West along the South line of
Section 7, 464.39 feet to the point of beginning;
thence continue West 590.0 feet; thence
N 00 05' 26" E, 582.70 feet to the South
right -of -way line of Interstate Highway 30; thence
N 62" 40' 38" E along said right -of -way 673.63
feet; thence S 00 05' 26" E, 906.57 feet to the
point of beginning containing 10.0 acres, more or
less from "R -2" to "C -4" (12,903 I -30).
(d) Z -4734 - Described as the East 100 feet of Lots 11
and 12, Block 14, Marshall and Wolfe's Addition to
the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas,
less and except the South 3.9 feet of Lot 11,
containing 0.223 acres (9730 S.F.), more or less,
from "R -4" to "0 -3" (1901 and 1905 West 10th
Street).
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and it is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate
the changes provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
