ORDINANCE NO. 15,178
AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $1,692,000.00
FROM THE.CITY'S GENERAL FUND TO BE ADVANCED
TO THE LITTLE ROCK PORT AUTHORITY UNTIL FUNDS
FROM THE SALE OF THE BONDS ARE AVAILABLE.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. .The City Manager is hereby authorized and
directed to advance to the Little Rock Port Authority the sum
of $1,692,000.00 from the City's General Fund.
Section 2. The funds will be repaid from the sale of
bonds for the Slack Water Harbor within thirty days from said
sale at the rate of seven (7) percent interest until paid in
full.
