AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 OF THE CODE
OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated.
Z -4715 - Described as part of the SE 1/4, SE 1/4,
Section 33, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas,
more particularly described as:
Beginning at the SE corner, SE 1/4, SE 1/4, Section 33,
T -1 -N, R- 1 -3 -W, thence N 890 41' West along the south
line of the SE 1/4, SE 1/4, Section 33, 270.0 feet;
thence N 420.0 feet; thence S 89° 41' E 105.0 feet;
thence N 900.0 feet; thence S 89 41' E 165.0 feet;
thence S 1320.0 feet to the point of beginning,
containing 6.01 acres, more or less from "R -2" Single
Family to "I -2" Light Industrial (10800 Baseline Road).
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, and
designated district map be and it is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.

SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
