AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS
PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 OF THE CODE
OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following properties be and is hereby changed as indicated.
(A) Z- 3450 -A - Described as a tract of land situated
in the NE 1/4, NE 1/4 of Section 9, T -1 -S, R -13 -W
of the fifth principle meridian, City of
Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, being more
particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the NW corner of said NE 1/4, NE 1/4
of Section 9, T -1 -S, R -13 -W; thence along the west
line of said NE 1/4, NE 1/4, S 02° 31' 27" W,
50.00 feet to a point on the South right -of -way
line of Mabelvale West Road; thence along said
south right -of -way line of Mabelvale West Road, S
880 47' 25" E, 745.8 feet to a point on the west
line of Mabelvale Junior High School property;
thence along said west line of the Mabelvale
Junior High School property, S 020 31' 35" E,
566.38; thence N 88° 47' 25" W, 795.67 feet to a
point on the west line of said NE 1/4, NE 1/4;
thence along said west line of NE 1/4, NE 1/4, N
02° 31' 27" E, 565.32 feet to the point of
beginning and containing 10.00 acres, more or
less, from "I -2" Light Industrial to and "C -3"
General Commercial (Mabelvale West Road).
(B) Z -4692 - Described as Lots 1 and 2, Rosenbaum
Acres Subdivision, Little Rock, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, from "I -2" Light Industrial to "C -3"
General Commercial (1505 and 1509 Rebsamen Park
Road).
(C) Z -4700 - Described as the South 38 Feet of Lot 2
and the North 6 Feet of Lot 3, Block 1, Kimball's
South Park Addition to the City of Little Rock,
Pulaski County, Arkansas, from "R -4" Two Family
District to "C -1" Neighborhood District (2503
South Gaines).

(D) Z -4701 - Described as Lots 4, 5, 6 and 10, Charles
VaT ey Subdivision, Little Rock, Arkansas, from
"C -4" Open Display to "C -3" General Commercial
(Rodney Parham and Market Street).
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and it is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate
the changes provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
