AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 14,566
THE I -430 DISTRICT PLAN, FROM MULTI - FAMILY
AND SINGLE - FAMILY TO LIGHT INDUSTRIAL IN
THE COLONEL GLENN /SHACKLEFORD ROAD AREA AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the I -430 District Plan was adopted by the
Board of Directors in 1983, and
WHEREAS, it is the intent of the City to keep its
land use plans current, and
WHEREAS, the City recognizes that conditions change
in an area, and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission and staff recommend
changes to the Plan.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The I -430 District Plan is hereby amended
from Multi- family and Single - family, to Light Industrial and
Multi- family in the Shackleford Road and Colonel Glenn Road
area as detailed in the attached drawing.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage.
