151560 ORDINANCE NO. 15,156 314 AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS. SECTION 1. That the zone classification of following properties be and are hereby changed as indicated: (a) Z- 4079 -B - Described as part of the NE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 12, TWP -1S, R -13 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point which is 838.1 feet East of the said SW corner, NE 1/4, SW 1/4, 512, thence 341.7 feet North, thence 254.0 feet West, thence 978.3 feet North, thence 763.6 feet East, thence 978.3 feet South, thence 127.9 feet West, thence 314.7 feet South, thence 380.8 feet West to the point of beginning, containing 20.1 acres more or less. A part of the SE 1/4, SW 1/4, 5 -12, TWP -1 -S, R -13 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point which is 838.2 feet East of the NW corner of said SE 1/4, SW 1/4, S12; thence East along the North line of said SE 1/4, SW 1/4, 381.15 feet; thence 17 feet South; thence in a northwesterly direction along the North line of Yarberry Lane to a point which is 7 feet South of the point of beginning, thence North 7 feet to the point of beginning, containing 0.21 acres more or less from "R -7 -A" Mobile Home Subdivision to "R -3" Single Family ( Yarberry and Warren Langston Acres). (e) Z -4691 - Described as a tract of land situated in the NW 1/4, SE 1/4, Section 16, T -1 -N, R -11 -W of the Fifth Principal Meridian, City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, being more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the NE corner of the NW 1/4, SE 1/4, Section 16, T -1 -N, R -11 -W of the Fifth Principla Meridian; thence along the East line of the NW 1/4, SE 1/4 of Section 16, S O10 30' 52" W, 11,64 feet; thence N 880 29' 08" W, 96.50 feet to the point of beginning, said point being on the West right -of -way line of Fourche Dam Pike, thence continuing along said West right -of -way line S O1° 30' 52" W, 237.90 feet; thence along a curve to the right, said curve having a radius of 100.00 feet a chord bearing and distance of S 38° 10' 52" W, 119.43 feet to a point on the North right -of -way line of Lindsey 315 316 Road; thence continuing along said North right -of -way line, S 74° 50' 52" W, 46.44 feet; thence N 150 05' 08" W, 313.71 feet to a point on the South right -of -way line of the Little Rock Port Railroad; thence along said South right -of -way, N 78° 47' 32" E, 210.60 feet to the point of beginning and containing 1.148 acres (50,000 square feet) more or less from "I -2" Light Industrial to "C -3" General Commercial (Lindsey Road and Fourche Dam Pike). SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated district map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate the changes provided for in Section 1 hereof.
