EXTRATERRITORIAL LAND USE PLAN,
ORDINANCE 15,102; FOR INCLUSION
OF DISTRICT PLANS TWO, THREE
AND FOUR.

WHEREAS, the Office of Comprehensive Planning, in conjunction with

the consulting firm, Manes Castin Massie and McGetrick, has prepared
tA Districts Two, Three, and Four Land Use Plans; and

I WHEREAS, the Land Use Plan Districts Two, Three, and Four will

provide the City with a more detailed land use analysis; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission endorses and recommends adoption

of the Districts Plans; and

N WHEREAS, the District Plans Two, Three, and Four are guides for

`o planning decisions and zoning; and

WHEREAS, the Board of Directors recognizes the need for a
comprehensive plan for this portion of the City of Little Rock in order

L�to provide for proper and orderly growth and redevelopment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
a SECTION 1. Ordinance 15,102, the Extraterritorial Land Use Plan
is here by amended to include Areas Two, Three, and Four District
Land Use Plans.

SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage.
