AN ORDINANCE ISSUING A CONDITIONAL
USE PERMIT FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT
2504 SOUTH MAIN STREET (Z- 4686), SETTING
FORTH THE CONDITIONS ATTACHED THERETO;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That pursuant to the authority granted
under the provisions of Section 43 of the Code of Ordinances
of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, a Conditional Use
Permit is hereby issued for the property described herein
and for the purpose indicated as follows:
Lots 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 and the South 39 feet
of Lot 12, Block 1. Lot 7, the South 1/2 of lot 8, Lots
9, 10 and the South 16 feet of Lot 11, Block 2,
Fletcher and Wright Addition to the City of
Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas.
All that part of West 26th Street lying East of South
Main Street, North of Block 4 and South of Block 1 in
Fletcher and Wright Addition to the City of
Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas. Area to be
closed being 50 feet in width and 139.5 feet in length,
containing in all 0.16 acres, more or less.
Lot 1, the East 50 feet of Lots 7 and 8, and Lots 9,
10, 11 and 12, Block 4, Fletcher and Wright Addition to
the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas.
This property is zoned "C -3" and "R -4" and is to be
used for a church and related activities.
SECTION 2. That the following conditions are hereby
attached to the above described Conditional Use Permit:
That applicant adhere to all Little Rock City
Ordinances, Codes, Planning Commission requirements and
the approved site plan.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
