ORDINANCE NO. 15,141 268
AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 14,211
AND REVOKING A "PRD" DISTRICT TITLED
"WRIGHT- HOLMAN ESTATE PRD" IN THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 14,211 was passed on March 16,
1982; and
WHEREAS, the Ordinance changed the zone classification
from "R -2" Single - Family to "PRD" on the following described
property:
A parcel of land consisting of Lots 71 8, 9, 10,
11, and 12, Block 7 and Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6,
Block 8, Auten & Moss Addition to the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas; and a portion of Ridgeway
Street closed lying between said lots and blocks in
Auten & Moss Addition. (3518 Hill Road) (Z- 3769 -A)
WHEREAS, the Ordinance was to have taken effect upon
the final approval of the plan by the Little Rock Planning
Commission; and
WHEREAS, the owner has not submitted a final develop-
ment plan /plat within the prescribed time; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission by resolution on
July 81 1986, (attached as Exhibit A) recommended that the
above described property be reclassified and that the "PRD"
classification be revoked.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 14,211 is hereby
repealed.

SECTION 2. That the preliminary site development 26 9
plan /plat approved by Ordinance No. 14,211 is hereby
revoked.
SECTION 3. That the "PRD" district classification of
the below listed property is revoked and the former "R -2"
Single - Family classification is restored on the official
zoning map:
A parcel of land consisting of Lots 7, 8, 91 10, 11,
and 12, Block 7 and Lots 1, 2, 3, 41 5, and 61 Block
8, Auten & Moss Addition to the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas; and a portion of Ridgeway Street closed
lying between said lots and blocks in Auten & Moss
Addition.
