ORDINANCE NO. 15,140 267
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 OF
THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z -4681 - Described as part of the E 1/2, NE 1/4,
Section 5, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas,
more particularly described as: Beginning at the point
on the East right -of -way line of Timber Ridge Drive, 30
feet East and 335 feet North of the SW corner of the E
1/2, NE 1/4, said Section 5; thence N along the said
East right -of -way 425 feet to a point on the South
right -of -way line of West Markham Street; thence
easterly along said South right -of -way, 450 feet to a
point on the northerly right -of -way line of the
original proposed Interstate Route No. 630 Extension;
thence southeasterly along said northerly right -of -way
line, 565 feet to a point; thence S 59° 30' W, 192 feet
to a point; thence W along a line 335 feet North of and
parallel with the South line of the E 1/2, NE 1/4, said
Section 5; 715 feet to the point of beginning,
containing 7.1 acres more or less from "R -2" Single
Family and "0-3" General Office to "C -2" Shopping
Center District (West Markham and Timber Ridge,
southeast corner).
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
