ORDINANCE NO. 15,124
AN ORDINANCE ISSUING A CONDITIONAL
USE PERMIT FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT
600 PLEASANT VALLEY DRIVE (Z- 4670),
SETTING FORTH THE CONDITIONS ATTACHED
THERETO; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That pursuant to the authority granted
under the provisions of Section 43 of the Code of Ordinances
of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, a Conditional Use
Permit is hereby issued for the property described herein
and for the purpose indicated as follows:
A part of the SW 1/4 of Section 22 and a part of the NW
1/4 of Section 27, T -2 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the NW corner of Section 27; thence S 66°
38' 00" E a distance of 937.58 feet to the East
right -of -way of the access ramp for Interstate Highway
No. 430 and the point of beginning, said point being a
5/8 -inch rebar in a concrete monument; thence along
said right -of -way N 28° 44' 52" E a distance of 58.40
feet to a concrete right -of -way marker; thence N 43°
13' 18" E a distance of 204.95 feet to a concrete
right -of -way marker; thence N 35° 22' 17" E a distance
of 304.90 feet to a concrete right -of -way marker;
thence N 78° 00' 23" E a distance of 74.94 feet to a
concrete right -of -way marker; thence N 82° 21' 52" E a
distance of 101.27 feet to a concrete right -of -way
marker, said point being on the South right -of -way line
of State Highway No. 10; thence along said right -of -way
S 830 31' 56" E a distance of 161.73 feet to a concrete
right -of -way marker; thence S 73° 40' 51" E a distance
of 199.05 feet to a concrete right -of -way marker, said
point also being on the West right -of -way of Pleasant
Valley Drive; thence along said right -of -way S 09° 41'
12" W a distance of 311.56 feet to a 1/2 inch - rebar;
thence S 14° 24' 12" W a distance of 294.96 feet to a
1/2 -inch rebar; thence leaving said right -of -way N 750
46' 28" W a distance of 768.11 feet to the point of
beginning. Said tract containing 8.608 acres more or
less.
This property is zoned "R -2" and is to be used for a
church and related activities.

SECTION 2. That the following conditions are hereby
attached to the above described Conditional Use Permit:
That applicant adhere to all Little Rock City
ordinances, codes, Planning Commission requirements,
and the approved site plan.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
