15257M M M M ORDINANCE NO. 15,257 • AN ORDINANCE ISSUING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 2401 WEST 65TH STREET (2- 2218 -A), SETTING FORTH THE CONDITIONS ATTACHED THERETO; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS. SECTION 1. That pursuant to the authority granted under the provisions of Section 43 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, a Conditional Use Permit is hereby issued for the property described herein and for the purpose indicated as follows: Lot 2, Richards Commercial Addition No. 2 to the City of Little Rock, in the NW 1/4 of the SW 1/4, Section 28, T -1 -N, R -12 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point on the south right -of -way line of 65th Street, said point beinq 40.0 feet south and 106.0 feet west of the NE corner of the NW 1/4, SW 1/4, said Section 28; thence run S 00° 14' 30" E for 400 feet; thence run S 89° 54' 30" W for 548.3 feet to a point on the east right -of -way line of Interstate Route No. 30; thence run N 22° 23' E and along the said east right -of -way line for 93.0 feet; thence run N 890 45' 30" E for 177.60 feet; thence run N 000 14' 30" W for 24.52 feet; thence run N 42° 44' E for 394.41 feet to a point on the south right -of -way line of 65th Street; thence run N 89° 45' 30" E and along said south right -of -way for 66.31 feet to the point of beginning, containing 111,894 square feet, more or less. This property is zoned "I -2" and is to be used for a motel and related activities. SECTION 2. That the following conditions are hereby attached to the above described Conditional Use Permit: That applicant adhere to all Little Rock City Ordinances, Codes, Planning Commission requirements, and the approved site plan. 91 SECTION 3.
