AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS; AMENDING SECTION 43 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.

SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated.
Z -4768 - described as: Part of the W 1/2, SW 1/4,
Section 3, T -1 -S, R -13 -W, Pulaski County Arkansas, more
particularly described as follows: beginning at the SW
corner of Section 3; thence N 0° 23' 35" E, 1,654.25
feet; thence N 89° 44' 12" E, 653.6 feet; thence South
1,655.72 feet to a point in the center of Mabelvale
West Road; thence along center of road S 890 50' W,
660.0 feet to point of beginning containing 24.95 acres
more or less. Less and except beginning at a point in
the center of Mabelvale West Road at the southwest
corner of Section 3; thence N 0° 23' 35" E, 1,000 feet;
thence S 310 20' E, 199.4 feet; thence S 19° 17' E,
220.0 feet; thence S 90 50' E, 250 feet; thence
S 00 53' 25" W, 375 feet; thence S 890 50' W, 220 feet
to the point of beginning containing 3.93 acres, more
or less, from "R -2" Single Family to 110 -3" General
Office ( Mabelvale West Road West of Nash Lane).
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and it is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and
be in full force from and after its passage and approval.
