AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 OF
THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated.
Z- 3021 -F - Described as a tract of land located in the
SW 1/4, Section 2, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, more particularly described as:
Starting at the SW corner of the SW 1/4, SE 1/4, and
said SE 1/4, said Section 2, thence N 89° 13' West
along the south line of the SE 1/4, SW 1/4, said
Section 2, 973.78 feet to the point of beginning;
thence N 890 13' West and continuing along said south
line 295.97 feet to a point on the east right -of -way

extent and in the respects necessary to affect the designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
