AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE VOLUNTARY ANNEXATION
OF CERTAIN LANDS TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS.
WHEREAS, a Petition seeking voluntary annexation to the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas, of certain lands adjacent to
and contiguous to the present boundaries of the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas, was filed on March 23, 1987, with the
County Court of Pulaski County, Arkansas; and
WHEREAS, said lands were at that time and are now owned

-P entirely by Don Kirkpatrick and Carolyn Kirkpatrick,
Q) Petitioners in the voluntary annexation; and

" WHEREAS, the Petition involves the following described

x m All that part of the NE 1/4, SE 1/4 of Section 18,
Township 1 North, Range 12 West, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, lying North of Fourche Creek; except
the North 100 feet of the West 200 feet thereof,

u" and a hearing on said Petition was held in the County Court
4J 4 of Pulaski County, Arkansas, on April 24, 1987, at 9:00

a a.m.; and
x m WHEREAS, an Order of Annexation was entered in this
matter by the County Court of Pulaski County, Arkansas, on
April 25, 1987, and filed of record with said Court on April
27, 1987; and
WHEREAS, said Order of Annexation granted the Petition;
and
WHEREAS, the City of Little Rock is desirous of
accepting said annexation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The above described lands are hereby
accepted into the corporate boundaries of the City of Little
Rock, Arkansas, with all rights and privileges appertaining
thereto.
