AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and it is hereby changed as indicated.
Z -4821 - Described as a part of the West 69.6 feet of
East 228.0 feet of the NE 1/4, NW 1/4, lying north of
the north right -of -way line of Highway No. 10 in
Section 19, T -2 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas,
described as follows:
Commencing at the NE corner of said NE 1/4, NW 1/4;
thence N 880 36' West, 158.4 feet along north line of
said NE 1/4, NW 1/4, to the point of beginning; thence
418.7 feet; thence 89° 40' West, 69.6 feet; thence
north 420.0 feet to a point on the north line of said
NE 1/4, NW 1/4; thence S 88° 36' East, along said north
line of NE 1/4, NW 1/4, 69.6 feet to the point of
beginning
AND
A part of the west 69.6 feet of the east 226.0 feet of
the NW 1/4, NW 1/4, lying north of the north
right -of -way line of Highway No. 10 in Section 19,
T -2 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas, described as
follows:
Commencing at the NE corner of said NE 1/4, NW 1/4;
thence N 880 36' West, 158.4 feet; thence south 418.7
feet to the point of beginning; thence continue south
143.8 feet to a point on the north right -of -way line of
State Highway No. 10; thence S 66° 0' West along said
north right -of -way line of State Highway No. 10; thence
S 66° 0' West along said north right -of -way line of
State Highway No. 10 76.2 feet; thence north 175.2
feet; thence S 89° 40' East, 69.6 feet to the point of
beginning, containing 0.25 acres, more or less, and
subject to 15 feet egress and engress over the west
15.0 feet thereof, from "R -2" to "C -3" (14814 Cantrell
Road).

SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and it is hereby amended to the
extend and in the respects necessary to affect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
