AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and it is hereby changed as indicated.
Z -4820 - Described as part of Section 31, T -2 -N,
R -13 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly
described as:
Starting at the center of said Section 31; thence N 0°
0' 02" West along the north /south centerline of said
Section 31, 1,145.0 feet, to the point of beginning;
thence N 0° 0' 02" West, 660.86 feet; thence S 40° 10'
0 East, 275.0 feet; thence S 05° 44' 20" East, 200.0
feet; thence S 12° 36' 30" West, 229.18 feet; thence S

SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district may be and it is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
