ORDINANCE NO. 15,281
AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A PLANNED UNIT
DEVELOPMENT AND ESTABLISHING A PRD
DISTRICT TITLED DAVIDSON PROPERTIES
"SHORT -FORM" PRD (Z -4806) IN THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
AMENDING CHAPTER 43 OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following described property be changed from "I -2" (Single
Family) to PRD (Planned Residential District).
A Tract of land situated in
Section 34, T -2 -N, R -13 -W,
more particularly described
the SE 1/4, NW 1/4, SW 1/4,
Pulaski County, Arkansas,
as follows:
Beginning at the SE corner of the NW 1/4, SW 1/4,
Section 34, thence 87° 39' 13" West along the South
line of said NW 1/4, SW 1/4 a distance of 291.8 feet to
a point on the East right -of -way line of I -430; thence
N 030 27' 46" East along said East right -of -way line a
distance of 74.5 feet; thence N 09° 10' 24" E, 257.37
feet; thence continuing N 09° 10' 24" East a distance
of 145.55 Feet; thence N 09° 21' 06" West along said
East right -of -way line a distance of 45.9 feet; thence
S 760 45' 51" E, 20.0 feet; thence run along a curve to
the left with a radius of 160.4 feet and a chord
bearing and distance of N 790 04' 20" E, 136.2 feet;
thence S 11° 25' 20" E, 42.96 feet; thence S 05° 39'
40" E, 178.2 feet; thence S 870 37' 40" E, 50.0 feet;
thence S 01° 05' 40" W, 330.0 feet, to the point of
beginning and containing 2.90 acres, more or less (West
end of McGovern Drive and Breckenridge Addition).
SECTION 2. That the preliminary site development
plan /plat be approved as recommended by the Little Rock
Planning Commission.
SECTION 3. That the change in zoning classification
contemplated for Davidson Properties Short -Form PRD is
conditioned upon obtaining a final plan approval from the
Planning Commission within the time specified by Article IX,
Section 9.101 of the Code of Ordinances.

SECTION 4. That the map referred to in Chapter 43 -1 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
and designated district map be and it is hereby amended to
the extent and in the respects necessary to affect and
designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 5. That this Ordinance shall take effect and
be in full force upon final approval of the plan by the
Planning Commission.
