ORDINANCE NO. 15,280
AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A PLANNED UNIT
DEVELOPMENT AND ESTABLISHING A PID
DISTRICT TITLED IVY "LONG -FORM" PLANNED
INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT (Z- 3708 -A)
IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
AMENDING CHAPTER 43 OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following described property be changed from "C -3"
(Commercial) to PID (Planned Industrial District).
Part of the SE 1/4, SW 1/4, Section 35, T -1 -N, R -13 -W,
now in the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the NE corner of said SE 1/4, SW 1/4,
said Section 35, run thence West along the North line
thereof, 21.0 feet to a point; thence South to a point
on the previous southerly right -of -way line of U.S.
Interstate 30; thence S 65° 00' West along said
previous right -of -way line, 800.0 feet; thence S 25°
00' East 50.0 feet to a point on the now existing
southerly right -of -way line of said U.S. Interstate 30,
said point also being the point of beginning for the
herein described land; thence S 650 00' West along said
right -of -way line (meas. 201.8 feet - Deed 200.0 feet)
to a point; thence south 250 00' E 250.0 feet to a
point; thence N 650 00' E 200.0 feet to a point; thence
N 25° 00' W (meas. 251.5 Feet - Deed 250.0 feet) to the
point of beginning, containing 1.15 acres, more or
less (9811 Interstate 30 Frontage Road).
SECTION 2. That the preliminary site development
plan /plat be approved as recommended by the Little Rock
Planning Commission.
SECTION 3. That the change in zoning classification
contemplated for Ivy PID is conditioned upon obtaining a
final plan approval from the Planning Commission within the
time specified by Article IX, Section 9.101 of the Code of
Ordinances.

SECTION 4. That the map referred to in Chapter 43 -1 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
and designated district map be and it is hereby amended to
the extent and in the respects necessary to affect and
designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 5. That this Ordinance shall take effect and
be in full force upon final approval of the plan by the
Planning Commission.
