AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 15,188
AND RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43
OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification be and is
hereby changed as indicated.
Z- 3592 -E - Described as part of the NE 1/4 and part of
the SE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 all in Section 9, T -1 -N,
R -13 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly
described as follows: Starting at the SW corner of
said NE 1/4 of Section 9; thence 1° 59' 26" E, 200.00
feet to the point of beginning; thence S 710 21' 57" W,
200 feet; thence N 880 08' 44" W, 189.05 feet; thence
along a curve to the left having a radius of 510 feet,
an arc distance of 184.89 feet, and a chord which bears
N 610 43' 08" E, 183.88 feet; thence N 510 20' 00" E,
883.76 feet; thence S 36° 30' 48" E, 283.82 feet;
thence S 87° 36' 49" E, 550 feet; thence along a curve
to the left having a radius of 930 feet, an arc
distance of 86.22 feet, and a chord which bears S 260

"MF -18" to "0 -3" (west of Shackleford Road and south of
Kanis Road).
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
