AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING THE 65TH STREET

EAST DISTRICT LAND USE PLAN TO BE

USED BY THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK

AS A GUIDE FOR FUTURE LAND USE
DECISIONS.
WHEREAS, the staff has developed a land use plan for
the 65th Street East District Area; and
a
WHEREAS, the 65th Street Plan was legally advertised in
the newspaper as well as advertised throughout the
community; and
WHEREAS, the 65th Street Plan was reviewed and approved
by the Little Rock Planning Commission; and

WHEREAS, the Land Use Plan was reviewed by the Little
Rock Board of Directors.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE LITTLE ROCK BOARD
OF DIRECTORS.
SECTION 1. The 65th Street East District Land Use Plan
is hereby adopted.
SECTOON 2. The 65th Street District Land Use Plan
shall be used as a guide for future land use decisions.
