ORDINANCE NO. 15,271
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 OF
THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z- 3355 -B - Described as part of the SE 1/4 of the SE
1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 1, T -1 -S, R -13 -W, Pulaski
County, Arkansas, more particularly described as
follows: Commencing at the SE corner of said
Section 1, said point lying in the intersection of
Geyer Springs Road and Mabelvale Cutoff; thence N 0°
20' 0" E, 40 feet; thence West 50 feet to the point of
beginning; thence continuing West 375 feet; thence N 0°
20' 0" E, 375 feet; thence East 375 feet; thence S 00
20' 0" W, 375 feet to the point of beginning,
containing 140.625 square feet or 3.228 acres more or
less. From "C -2" to "C -3" ( Mabelvale Cutoff and Geyer
Springs Road, northwest corner).
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and it is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
