AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 10 -34 OF THE
LITTLE ROCK CODE OF ORDINANCES TO INCREASE
THE ANNUAL MAINTENANCE FEE FOR MOUNT HOLLY
CEMETERY LOTS FROM $10.00 TO $15.00.
WHEREAS, the actual costs of maintaining the grounds of
Kount Holly Cemetery have increased to over $25.00 per lot per
year; and
WHEREAS, the current annual fee charged for upkeep of lots
at Mount Holly Cemetery is $10.00; and
WHEREAS, the Mount Holly Cemetery Association is requesting
an increase in the annual lot fee to help cover its costs of
maintenance.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The annual maintenance fee for lots in Mount
Holly Cemetery shall be increased to $15.00 per year.
